Sitec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company who specialise in the Education sector and are seeking a Team Support Administrator on a temporary basis for 1 to 6 Months initially.
Skills / Experience required:
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. * Extremely good accuracy skills, collate record and monitor data for reporting. * Good office/customer service experience. Confident telephone manner, maintaining manual and electronic records, general office admin i.e. copying, filing, scanning, processing letters, reception cover. * Experience in diary management, co-ordinate visits, meetings, training and conference admin support. * Experience in busy workloads, dealing with conflicting demands.
