Job Description

Sitec currently have a requirement for a Supply Chain Manager for our client based in Filton, Bristol. This is a contract role for an initial 12 Months and has a pay rate of 27p/hr Ltd.

Role Activities
* Contribute to Engage Suppliers
o Contribute to feedback on Sub-Commodity strategy recommendation
o Contribute to supplier selection and contract setup
o Contribute to Change Request evaluation
o Contribute to deployment of SC&Q standards, methods & tools (APQP, AirSupply, eConcessions,…)
o Contribute to supplier contract/claims management (incl. evolution of requirements, processes, tools)

* Secure Supplier Approval and Run Supplier Control Review
o Assess, pronounce supplier approvability/approval (including ICOP scheme) and perform SCR
o Contribute to supplier segmentation, identify development needs

* Manage Couple Compliance and Maturity
o Manage couple surveillance decision tree and associated couple surveillance plan
o Secure industrial Maturity targets (supplier capability & capacity)
o Supplier product & process audits
o Supplier assessments (IPCA+, CCP, …),
o Quality Standards deployment (APQP, FMEA, SPC, Transfer of Work etc.)
o Supplier Industrial Reviews and support Supplier Programme Reviews:
o Operation Reviews
o Performance Reviews
o SQIP Reviews (Supplier Development)
o Programme Reviews
o Responsible to manage supplier development projects and missions:
o Supplier Development Manager mission, SQIP, Recovery plan, Derisking project, QSR prevention plan…

* Secure Supplier Deliveries
o Get visibility on all supplier delivery facts (incl. CnQ)
o Consolidate and analyse the supplier performance picture
o Protect Airbus production units and avoid recurrence of supplier issues (incl. In-Service issues)

Outputs
* Performance KPI targets are met (R1, D1, QSR's, Concessions….)
* Robust Long term improvement plans are setup
* Contribution to Call for Tender preparation and Selection Report are provided on time
* Contribution to contract setup and maintenance is provided
* SCR performed on time, planning and reports are loaded in ARP
* Corresponding risks portfolio available, relevant risks loaded and kept up-to-date in ARM tool
* APQP is applied for all products/services decided and in appropriate manner
* Couples <Part (or service)/Supplier site> are monitored
* Root cause of Quality issues are identified and eradicated (corrective action effectiveness are checked).
* Any deviation to the defined industrial target as per surveillance plan is reported to stakeholders via the relevant means
* SAA database are kept up-to-date (ICSIS, SAA planning…)
