Sitec are currently looking to recruit a Senior Resourcing Specialist for a nuclear MoD establishment in Reading (private organisation). The post is for an 18 month fixed term contract and is paying competitively on an hourly basis.
Successful applicants will be required to be Security Cleared prior to appointment and due to the nature of the projects with this client, Sitec can only accept applications from those resident in the UK for the last 10 years who hold a full British Passport. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR function for a Senior Resourcing Specialist - Future Talent to ensure that the associated processes are developed and delivered in line with business need to enable our client to attract, retain and engage a talented and diverse workforce.
Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, you will be the Lead delivery of the Future Careers Resourcing Programme encompassing Graduate, Internship and Apprenticeship recruitment, managing the delivery of associated activities in support of the Resourcing strategy.
You will need to have experience of working on a Future Careers Programme within a Resourcing Centre of Excellence or external agency as well as experience of having worked with a complex matrixed engineering / manufacturing organisation.
This position will require someone with exceptional communication and strong presentation skills, the ability to build relationships with a number of key stakeholders as well as strong analytical skills to interpret data from a variety of sources.
Key accountabilities for the position will include;
* Accountable for the delivery of the Future Careers Resourcing Programme, including associated data management, provider management, legal compliance and delivery of supporting employee communications and events
* Provide data, undertake analysis, research and make recommendations on Future Careers issues and solutions. Facilitate the creation and management of reports to track our key measures of success
* Align process, policies and practices to keep in line with best practice, legal requirements etc. to delivery improvements and build momentum for change, and challenge existing processes if they inhibit improvement
* Build relationships with external related organisations in order to set up cooperation and improve the image of the company's brand. Manage sponsorship of awards and activities to enhance this brand
You will be willing and able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role.
