Sitec has a requirement for a Secretary P.A. based at our client's offices in Keynsham nr Bristol. This is a contract/temporary role with an estimated duration of 12 months plus.
The daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
General PA duties such as diary management, room bookings, travel, preparing meeting packs and liaising with senior managers on site. Candidates need to be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and power point. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to cope under pressure.
Candidates should have the gravitas to be able to work with little supervision but ask intelligent questions if needed to perform the role.
Candidates must have Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent. An NVQ in Business Administration would be desirable but not essential.
Successful candidates will need to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements and may be required to complete a medical assessment.
The role will be in an environment regulated by Trade Control legislation and involve working with controlled goods, technology and/or services. This may require you to meet enhanced security and regular screening checks.
