Sitec have an interesting requirement for a Recruitment Resource Coordinator,

to work for our client, a leading staffing solutions company. (This is a Recruitment to Recruitment Permanent Staff vacancy).


A great opportunity has become available to join an established recruitment solutions business working directly with one of their key clients as a Client Branded Resource / Recruitment Coordinator. The location for this role will be based in the South West - (Cheltenham / Gloucester / Worcester / Bristol area).

This opportunity will be based onsite as part of the clients HR team, it will also provide some UK travel to the client's other sites. You will be part of a wider Talent Acquisition and delivery team but ultimately own the support area.


Ideally, this person would have experience in a recruitment support or senior administration role, the ability to complete multiple tasks within agreed timescales is a must.

The Role

Our Client (the Staffing Solutions company) is looking for an experienced coordinator to support thier Engineering client's recruitment team. This role will be integral to the success of the overall account, providing support to the onsite recruitment team and the Enginnering client's managers who will be working remotely at times and on different sites. Driving the day to day process compliance and ongoing recruitment activity, this will be a fast paced and varied role.

Key requirements for the successful post holder are:

    * Experience of working with 3rd parties
    * Providing support to colleagues, locally and remote
    * Compliance management
    * Developing internal and external knowledge and relationships
    * Team player
    * Working to agreed contractual SLA and KPIs
  • Good attention to detail

Previous experience working in a recruitment environment is highly desirable, but not essential. Demonstrable experience in a fast paced administrative role, managing high volumes of information accurately will be beneficial.
