Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nuclear Site Transition Programme Manager based at Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth.
Initially a 12 month contract assignment.
Start date: ASAP, subject to gaining an MoD security clearance.
Rate: PAYE and LTD, available upon request.
IR35: Determination status tbc.
Standard working week of 37.5 to 40 per week with flexilbity (within reason) on how you work those hours.
As the Programme Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing the transformation programme within our clients Nuclear Licensed Site. (Strong knowledge of World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) Transformational Change and Organisational Effectiveness Principles required)
Main Purpose of Role:
Develop and lead a transformational programme to build nuclear industry best practice in governance
in this Nuclear site.
Lead the programme to roll out Nuclear Safety Improvement projects to ensure
business as usual across the site.
Develop the link from feeder strategic programmes to business as usual output.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competences:
Programme Management practitioner
Project Management practitioner
Management of transformational
Working knowledge of WANO PO&C, in particular organisational effectiveness principles
Understanding of nuclear industry regulatory requirements
Understanding of nuclear industry best practice for change management as it relates to the UK's ONR Licence
Conditions for this site. (available upon request).
Relevant degree or HND, recognised professional status or significant experience in relevant discipline.
Significant previous experience in transformational change management
