Sitec are currently working in conjunction with a leading recruitment specialist in the engineering and technology sectors and are seeking three permanent on-site recruitment specialists to be based on client sites, one in Gloucester, one in The Midlands and one in Burnley.
Ideal candidates will come from a technical or manufacturing background with exposure to clients in an on-site role. Someone who has developed or worked with a technical client and been responsible for recruiting many of their staff.
Responsibilities of the On-site recruitment specialist:
o To develop strong relationships with the hiring community and understand the 'personality' of the business.
o To encourage and support diversity in the hiring process.
o To provide market intelligence to the hiring community.
o To proactively support hiring managers by considering and developing recruitment solutions.
o To enthusiastically promote the benefits of working with the client and encourage hiring managers to do the same.
o To use the Vacancy Management System effectively.
o Advertise roles via the company intranet, website and on job boards.
o To use LinkedIn, our database and other resourcing tools to resource talent.
o To develop and manage the recruitment supply chain.
o To develop a useful and effective talent bank.
o To attend weekly meetings with the leadership teams.
o To set up interviews using a recruitment administrator.
o To provide effective feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
