Our client (a leading engineering and service provider) and their utilities division require two Clerk of Works (client facing) to oversee/supervise the maintenance of electronic security equipment (intruder alarms, cameras, servers, security doors) across 50-60 sites in the South East of England. (Oxfordshire to Kent)
This is long term contract role, (initially for 12 months) paying £30-40p/h Ltd.
Mileage allowance of £0.45 ppm.
Start date: October 2017.
The main duties will include:
Co-ordination and management of Sub contractors to ensure programme delivery. (Includes work permits, working at heights and RAMS)
Ensuring compliance with our client's safety expectations.
Proactively managing H & S issues & concerns, working closely with project and site management so that an accident and incident free culture is maintained. (Ensure compliance with CDM regulations)
Work closely with Project Managers to develop project programmes which fully meet customer requirements.
Carry out forward planning to identify future resource needs.
Besides a basic/good understanding/knowledge of electronic security systems our client is looking for those who have supervised in the Utility (clean/Waste water) industry.
You must hold relevant CSCS card and a relevant qualification to support this role.
