Temporary Contractors provide the Client with a flexible and quality option to short and medium term resource issues. Experienced candidates with the skills to match requirments can be sourced and supplied at short notice through a netowrk of dedicated databases and industry job boards. Individual temporary supply arrangments can be agreed between the client and the agency to determine fees, margins and service levels.
Whether a client is looking to expand its business, fill a gap or resource a new position, finding the right permanent candidate is crucial to long term stratedgy and organisational growth. The process of finding the best quality candidates can be drawnout and complex with many potential pitfalls along the way so a partner with throrough industry knowledge, best practice processes and a network of candidates coupled with an in-depth understanding of the Clients's business and requirements, we set about sourcing, preparing and delivering the right candidate.
Managed services is the practice of outsourcing on a proactive basis management responsibilities and functions and a strategic method for improving operations and managing resource more effectively. Under the managed service model, the client is the entity that owns or has direct oversight of the organisation or system being managed whereas the managed services provider (MSP) is the service provider delivering the managed services. The client and the MSP are bound by a contractual, service-level agreement that states the performance and quality metrics of their relationship.
Where a Client may currently use muliple agencies in its supply chain, the Master Vendor option provides the Client with a single source contact that manages the full recruitment process and agency supply chain. The benefits of this model include dedicated management of resourcing issues, compliance with all relevant legislation, reduced administration, consolidated billing and centralised reporting.
Some clients prefer the advantages of working with a number of specifically selected recruitment agencies who go through a rigourous selecton process to meet the client's requirements in areas such as size, specialisation, recruitment process, fee structures etc. With a formal framework in place, the client has the ability to adopt rigid service level agreements with the suppliers to ensure quality of service and measure performance.
